Paschal Little

I’m head of Innovation and Quality for Lingerie and Beauty at M&S and responsible for the technical research and product development of our bras, knickers, sleepwear, hosiery and beauty ranges.

I originally trained as a Technical Designer in Textiles and have worked for many years in the fabric industry before joining M&S. Today, I head up a team of technical experts, dedicated to researching and delivering innovative and quality Lingerie and Beauty products that our customers will love, and I’ll be writing about them here on M&S Stories.
