Helen Brennan

I’m the Product Developer for Chilled Desserts at M&S Head office in Paddington . My job is to develop new desserts which among other things means lots of tasting. It’s a fun job but it’s difficult not to pile on the pounds. In my spare time I try to keep fit by taking long walks in wild, beautiful Richmond Park (which I love) and by going to the gym (which I hate!) I also spend lots of time eating and drinking with friends – undoing all that good work.

I live in Surrey with my two teenage children – my fiercest dessert critics .
